Eclipse, by Stephenie Meyer

In Eclipse, by Stephenie Meyer, Bella and Edward are madly in love, but she also has a strong friendship with Jacob.  She is loving her life at this point, but than Victoria the vampire had to create an army of ''new born'' vampires to battle Edward's family and kill Bella for revenge. While Edward's and Jacob's families work together to successfully destroy Victoria and her army. In the end Bella chooses Edward over Jacob and decides to marry Edward.

I love the book but I was a little upset that Bella had to choose Edward over Jacob. But I'm glad I read it.  It was very interesting and it had a lot of detail.  But I can say I was more interested reading this book than I was interested about reading Twilight.

Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer is the second to last book in the addicting four part Twilight Saga. Victoria, a ruthless vampire who is after Bella is still lurking around. She has created an army of "newborn" vampires to battle the Cullen family and murder Bella for revenge. During this all, Bella is forced to choose between her relationship with Edward and her friendship with Jacob. Jacob and Edward have to put aside their differences in history and current events to be able to defeat Victoria. Edward's vampire family and Jacob's werewolf pack join forces to destroy Victoria and her vampire army.

Eclipse is the most interesting of the books in the saga. It's where you get to learn understand Bella's love of Edward and Jacob. When she has to choose which one she wants to be with, you get a feel of what it is like to be in love with Edward and with Jacob. While reading, you can't help but get attached and think which one you would choose. The constant threat of Victoria adds a nice touch of fear to the book which helps remind you that whoever she chooses it might be her last time seeing them.

Eclipse is about Bella and Edward who love each other and would do anything for each other. Their love is unbreakable and could never be broken. A new clan is born, and they are ready to battle against the Cullen's. They will fight to the end and they will defeat the Cullen's was their plan, but it turned out the opposite. Only one of the Cullen members gets hurts, Jacob Black, the werewolf. Everything goes back to normal and they are happy once again.

I liked this book because it had a lot of action and had emotions and power in themselves. Stephine Meyer did a really good job on writing this book. I really liked it and it made me want to continue reading the other books of Stephine Meyer.

This is the third book in the twilight saga. its about how Bella has to choose between Edward and Jacob. Jacob keeps trying to come on to Bella but Bella doesnt think of him that way. when Edward realizes he is a adolescent werewolf he is quick to cut off any physical contact with Jacob because he is afraid for Bella's safer. its a rivalry between jacob and Edward, however they put that rivalry behind when Bella's life is in danger. they take turns guarding her and Edwards frequent absence makes Bella's relationship with Jacob become closer and more intimate.

I love this book because everyone's true emotions come out. Edward gets even more protective than he already is and Jacob tries even more to win Bella. I love how she gets kidnapped by Alice that was really funny, but the best part was when she escaped at school while Edward was out hunting. I couldn't wait to see Edwards reaction. the saddest thing though is how much emotional pain as well as physical pain everyone experiences, it made me so sad what happened at the end because everyone's sadness just made me really sad that 'certain people' get hurt really bad, I would definitely recommend this book.

Almost everything in Bella's life seems to finally be going right. Deeply in love with her vampire boyfriend, Edward Cullen, their relationship is fairing well but for one glaring issue. Her best friend, Jacob Black, is a werewolf, and thus a sworn enemy of any vampire. Bella struggles between the love she shares for both boys, as she tries remain a friendship as well as a relationship. But this proves to be a petty issue, as Bella's life is put at risk once again. Gathering together a vampire army with the sole purpose of killing her, Victoria intend to take revenge on Edward for killing her lover, James, by killing his. Joining forces, vampire and werewolf must work together to save the life of the woman they love.

Eclipse is the third in the four part saga written by Stephanie Meyer. A love triangle and impending war leads to much conflict in the life of Bella Swan. But like the books that came before it, there are many issues to take with this book. Controlling males are dominant, as both Edward and Jacob seem to think they can tell Bella what to do and when to do it. Of course, it portrayed as protective and romantic, a show of how neither wish any harm to come to our heroine. Edward continues to charm with his over bearing personality, as Jacob continues with the nice guy act. At several points, actually, the latter of the two swindles Bella in for a kiss, one of which she had not consented to. This alone is enough to stop reading, as Meyer seems to think that a boy forcing a girl to kiss him so she recognizes her "feelings" is just fine. What's worse is that fellow Edward hater, Charlie Swan, actually tells him he did a good job. Overall, I would say that this has by far been the worse of the three books so far, and would tell anyone to spare themselves the trouble of reading it.

Eclipse is the third book in the fictional series: The Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer. After creating a new relationship with Jacob Black in New Moon, Bella Swan is torn between her love for both Edward and Jacob. As she struggles with this decision, Bella’s life is once again put in danger due to a newborn vampire army out for revenge. Will Bella be able to survive long enough to make it past her high school graduation?

To be quite honest, most parts of Eclipse felt like they were really unnecessary, as if the author added extra information just to make the book seem thicker. The plot seemed to drag out so much to the point that it lost my interest. I did not like this book at all compared to the other books in the series. Nevertheless, I will continue to read the series. I hope that Breaking Dawn will culminate to a great ending.
